Ziver Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Ziver, provided by Zive Information Technology, CNPJ 23.070.192/0001-08. By creating an account or using Ziver, you agree to them.
The service
- Ziver reduces the context coding agents send to language models. It runs on your machine and uses an online account for sign-in, the dashboard and billing.
- You remain responsible for how you use your agent, for your code and for your accounts with model providers.
Account
- Every plan, the free one included, requires an account. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for its use.
- Each machine has its own access. Signing in again on a machine replaces that machine's previous access.
Free plan
- The free plan has a monthly limit on tokens saved, shown on the website and dashboard. When it is used, Ziver pauses optimisation until the next month; your agent keeps working normally.
- We may change the limit with notice on the website.
Paid plans
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. The plan continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Price changes apply from the next renewal, with notice by email.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to bypass limits, share access between machines, resell the service without permission, reverse-engineer access control or attack the infrastructure.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Warranty and liability
- Ziver is provided as is. We aim for it never to block your agent or remove your instructions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event.
General
- We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
- These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers may use the courts where they live.
