Ziver Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Ziver handles, why, and your rights. The controller is Zive Information Technology, CNPJ 23.070.192/0001-08. Contact us at arildo.junior@ziveit.com.
What we never collect
- Source code, file contents, commands, terminal output, prompts or model responses. All of that is processed only on your machine.
- Credentials Ziver detects. They stay on your machine, whatever the configuration.
What we collect
- Account: email, name (if given) and how you sign in (email and password, Google or Microsoft). Passwords are held by Amazon Cognito; we cannot see them.
- Connected machines: an identifier derived by hashing the system identifier (the original never leaves the machine), the machine name, operating system, architecture and Ziver version.
- Usage: numbers aggregated per day, kind of saving and machine, such as the number of operations and tokens before and after optimisation.
- Billing: the Stripe customer identifier and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical logs: IP address and request data, kept by AWS for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
- Website and app: with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity), to measure visits and learn which ads bring sign-ups and subscriptions.
- Where your first visit came from: the link's campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) and whether it came from a Google ad, kept with the account.
What we use it for
- Providing the service: signing you in, connecting machines, showing the dashboard and applying the plan's limit (performance of contract).
- Billing and managing subscriptions (performance of contract and legal obligations).
- Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and fixing faults (legitimate interest).
- Understanding aggregate product usage to improve it (legitimate interest).
- Analysing traffic and measuring ad campaigns, only if you accept (consent).
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the service in the United States (us-east-1). This is an international transfer, made under AWS's contractual safeguards.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Google or Microsoft, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity), only with your consent to cookies.
- We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Account, machine and usage data: while the account exists. When you delete your account, we erase it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Billing data: for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
- Under Brazil's LGPD and similar laws, you can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and withdraw consent. Write to arildo.junior@ziveit.com.
- You can disconnect machines from the dashboard at any time, and run ziver logout on each.
Changes
- If we change what we collect, we update this page and email you before the change takes effect.
